Império Market

Império Market has brought the iconic bife à Império from Lisbon’s Café Império to Cascais – but it didn’t come alone. Located in a food hall that brings together four brands from the group – Café Império, Cook Food, ASAP and Sampa – the modern space embraces digital self-service and an open kitchen, blending tradition with innovation. The menu ranges from classic croquettes and stroganoff to bacon-topped burgers. With a spacious terrace, it aims to become a cultural hub, hosting workshops and events, while keeping its family philosophy of “from Portugal to the world” and bridging history and modernity under one roof.
