Break Up

The interdisciplinary show Break Up, based on true stories about the end of romantic relationships, takes to the stage at CriArte, in Carcavelos. The play brings together three women from different generations — in their twenties, thirties and fifties — who share their heartbreaks and rediscoveries, accompanied live by two musicians. Combining theatre, movement, live music and illustration, the staging turns break-ups and disastrous moments into a kind of comic therapy for broken hearts of all ages.
