As the name suggests, this River North bar has a big focus on art. Out of a pool of more than 1,000 local artists, 25 were selected to have their work appear on Gallery Bar's walls. Weeknights at the bar are lowkey, with an emphasis on art and dining. Weekends are another story, though. Expect more of a "River North party vibe," with a DJ and dancing. As for drinking, beer cocktails are the main focus on the menu. For example, The Mosaic blends Bulleit bourbon with ginger, lemon juice, honey and Chain Breaker White IPA and is served in a pilsner glass. (Yep, that's a real thing.) The food menu consists mostly of "Bonzai," which chef Patrick Glatz describes as boutique street rolls.
