The Dungeness crabs are fried in a wok with a sauce made from onions, curry powder, ketchup, butter, soy sauce and other ingredients. The result is slightly spicy and oh, so messy. But while they may be huge, don't even consider sharing one-this is one dish you want all for yourself. We liked the cheddar brat, a well-made sausage that oozes and is topped with fried clams.
