As part of our exhibition, AT TABLE: CLEVELAND CULINARIA, come savor World cuisine with Douglas Katz of fire food & drink, Provenance, and the Katz Club Diner in the Heights Arts gallery.

“Our installation theme is based on the ethnic or world market experience. Our menu will offer tastes of cuisine from these market driven cultures from across the world. Our “table setting” will be a perfect backdrop to bring the market experience to life.” Douglas Katz

Fire spice | Massaman and Thai shrimp, potato and peanut curry with jasmine rice, Berbere and Ethiopian spice vegetable stew with injera, Harissa and roasted Moroccan chicken thighs with date, pine nut and herb couscous, Cocoa coffee and Latin chocolate ganache brownie

Five multi-course food events accompany our exhibition, At Table: Cleveland Culinaria, each planned by one of the participating culinary innovators. Attendees will enjoy a hearty array of small plates and craft cocktails, along with lively conversation with chefs, partnering visual artists and poets in an intimate gallery setting.
