Eve Of Extra Ordinary Elves says
Stop by the BEER ENGINE before, after, or during (we won't judge) Light Up Lakewood and join a group of mischievous elves from Hershey, PA. Jim Lampe and the crew from Tröegs Independent Brewing will be by from 5-7pm with presents for those on the naughty list.

2016 Mad Elf - The holidays at Tröegs start with our inner Mad Elf momentarily taking over the brew deck. So blame “him” for this cheerful ruby red creation reminiscent of ripened cherries, raw honey and cocoa with notes of cinnamon, clove and allspice.

2011 Mad Elf - We'll see what time has done to this holiday favorite.

Naked Elf - Gone are the cherries, honey and chocolate malt that dress up our holiday favorite Mad Elf, leaving “him” stark-raving nude to reveal notes of cinnamon, allspice, clove and fruity esters.

Wild Elf - Wild Elf grows from deep roots, courtesy of our oak foeders and pure local flavor derived from wild yeast that rode into the brewery on the back of PA-harvested Balaton cherries. Based on the Mad Elf recipe, Wild Elf goes through a long secondary fermentation in wood barrels, unveiling tart cherry pit and farmhouse bliss. This bottle-conditioned limited release is highly carbonated and comes to life when the cork pops.

Blizzard of Hops - We created this Winter IPA to toast hop growers around the world for another successful harvest. This storm of hoppy citrus and pine notes is a bright reminder the end of the Hop Cycle is only the beginning.
