Our 21 day plant-based challenge equips you with the knowledge, resources, and motivation to greatly improve your diet in less than one month! Our goal is to help you create new healthy habits that continue all year long. While our program is mostly plant-based, you do not need to be a vegetarian to participate!
- 4 in-class sessions with Registered Dietitian Ryanne Gallagher, including a cooking class and finale potluck
- TONS of healthy recipe and meal ideas to make meal planning easy
- Online community to post successes, questions, and encouragement

Two class options available:
Tuesdays 7-8am OR Thursdays 12-1pm at 121 Fitness Center
(6/7, 6/14, 6/21) OR ( 6/9, 6/16, 6/23)
