YWCA Greater Cleveland says
CULTURAL COMPETENCY: CLEVELAND'S FUTURE
Keynote: Bernie Moreno of Bernie Moreno Companies, interviewed by Alex Johnson of Cuyahoga Community College

First held in 2015, YWCA Greater Cleveland's It's Time to Talk: Forums on Race brings together diverse leaders from business, education, arts and the community, and supports honest conversations about race and racism. We believe that by focusing on developing cultural competency in individuals and organizations, we will begin the process of tackling racism in our community. Wherever you are on your journey to cultural competence, YWCA Greater Cleveland has a program tailor-made for you.

Attending It’s Time to Talk allows participants to expand their cultural competency, have an open and honest table discussion about race, hear from keynote speaker Bernie Moreno, and leave with tools and strategies that they can put into action. The second annual It’s Time to Talk will be held on February 22, 2016 from 11:30am-2:30pm at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. Join the conversation at #ItsTimeToTalkCLE.
