Learn to play ukulele in our fun ukulele class. All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced. We’ll be going over basic chords, strumming melodies and playing songs. Rent a soprano ukulele or bring your own.

This is a laid back class designed to introduce uke-curious to the instrument and to allow fellow learners to practice together in a social environment. If you have a ukulele, bring it. If not you can rent one – please purchase the appropriate ticket so that we can reserve one for you! Feel free to bring a notebook if you like to take notes.

The class is led by Sheela Das, musician, songwriter, director and vocalist with her touring band the Spider Stompers and Sugar Pie and educator and Artistic Director at Creative Concepts in Music.

You should be able to find street parking in the surrounding area; down Bridge Avenue, W28th, W29th and the parking lot at Lorain and W26th.
