Pole dancers and aerialists use the upper body often and during every class, but the lower body, legs and glutes, tend to get neglected.

December we will be focusing on the legs and lower body. Join Kade Von Love as she leads you through a one time, one hour special workout class for Legs Month. This class is sure to tone, tighten and build up the leg muscles!

Class will begin with a quick warm up and then we will go right into a complete lower body boot-camp style circuit workout, We will finish up with some core blasting then cool down and stretch.

All levels welcome. Exercises can be modified to meet each participant at your level, ability and comfort.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing, and bring your water bottle!

This class is $15 per person, and is included on all unlimited memberships.
