Mix: Celtic

May the road rise up to meet you…and bring you to MIX at CMA’s celebration of the art, music, and spirit of Celtic culture. Get your toes tappin’ with classic Celtic music played by the Cleveland band The Portersharks; celebrate the gift of the gab with poet Ray McNiece; experience live performances of Irish harp and hammered dulcimer in the galleries from Strings of Credere; and learn about the Irish American Archives Society’s new bronze sculpture honoring the world featherweight boxing champion Johnny Kilbane, an Irish-American and Cleveland native. Raise a glass and toast our city’s rich Celtic heritage with a beer tasting from Great Lakes Brewing Company, featuring their seasonal favorite Conway’s Irish Ale. MIX is an 18 and over event. 6 oz. samples of Conway’s Irish Ale available for $3. Cash bar. Food available for purchase. MIX: Celtic is part the MIX at CMA series.
