The Lottery League Library says
This is an exhibition focused on the roughly two month process following the Lottery League from band creation to THE BIG SHOW on April 16th 2016 at the now 50 year old, CLEVELAND AGORA. We wil be featuring images and updates of all 39 bands as they choose their names and personas, hammer out their 10 minute set of music, and get amped up to perform live. Come down to the gallery opening night to get more insight on how it all works. This exhibtion will be part of the monthly, Walk All Over Waterloo! We look forward to sharing the experince with all of you!~

From the Lottery League website:

Part rock n’ roll circus, part game show, part city-wide art project… the Lottery League is a celebration of local music and musicians. It is not a competition. It is a unique series of events and activities that perpetuate an environment for breaking down barriers, facilitating pure collaboration and rocking out in an epic way… building a stronger, more unified local creative community.
