About the designer:

Creating remarkable designs to fit every occasion in life, Andrea Howell is taking you on a journey around the world with fashion label Tidal Cool. Pulling inspiration from travel, nature, and urban decay, each creation Andrea composes, from clothing to henna art and jewelry, is as bold and adventurous as the designer herself. Howell’s love for color and bold prints shines through with her ingenuity for combining bright fabrics and funky prints in fresh, unexpected ways. Whether it’s a rich silk brocade from Asia or a wax block print from Africa, she believes we all need more color in our lives. Join Tidal Cool on a journey to embrace beauty in the unexpected, from the resort to the red carpet!

About the nonprofit beneficiary:

Cornucopia has been successfully providing work adjustment training for people with disabilities since 1975. Cornucopia’s first project was “The Bin,” a small fresh produce market on Madison Avenue in Lakewood. Nature’s Bin opened on Sloane Avenue in Lakewood in 1991, and began providing work skills training in this larger, more accessible facility. Today Cornucopia provides work skills training at Nature’s Bin, at our Vocational Training Center (the former McDonald’s in Lakewood), and at four business partners in the community. Last year Cornucopia provided employment training, placement, and support to over 200 persons with disabilities. Shopping at Nature’s Bin, and purchasing Nature’s Bin catering supports this important work and helps people to gain skills and confidence leading to sustainable employment.
