Looking around from your prime spot on a pretty terrace, decked out in greenery, you’ll spot a tank of lobsters awaiting your consideration. Once chosen and cooked to perfection, one will be sat on a bed of perfectly prepared pasta, the signature dish here at the Barbat. You can preface the main course with a delicately created carpaccio, again fish the best way to go, or perhaps a selection of top-quality prosciutto.
