The sun’s been out in the daytime, but don’t let that stop you only coming out at night. Two members of the LuckyMe collective bring their respective tours through town this week – one of them's a bona fide breakout star, the other is well on her way to becoming one. Elsewhere, Scotland’s biggest commercial clubbing brand hosts another household-name house legend as part of celebrations for their 20th birthday.

Rustie – Sub Club, Tue Apr 14
In a show rescheduled from The Arches last month to the Sub Club, Warp-signed Glaswegian DJ and producer Rustie finally gets around to treating a hometown crowd to a heavy-duty live dose of his tracks from his latest album ‘Green Language’. Having risen to prominence as a member of the Numbers and LuckyMe collectives, Russell Whyte’s a globe-straddling electronica don nowadays, but he hasn’t lost sight of his roots in the Glasgow party scene. This will be his first appearance at the Subby since 2011.

Colours 20: Roger Sanchez – The Arches, Fri Apr 17
The world-famous clubbing brand continues to celebrate two decades in the biz with a special set from house legend Roger Sanchez, who returns to Scotland for the first time in six years. An Ibiza resident every summer since 2000 and a serial remixer for superstars from Michael Jackson to Alicia Keys, Kylie Minogue, Madonna and No Doubt (Sanchez won a Grammy Award for a remix of their track ‘Hella Good’ in 2003), the New Yorker has sailed as close to the mainstream as most DJs ever come.

LuckyMe & HighlifeThe Art School, Sat Apr 18
LuckyMe Records stalwart and leading light Éclair Fifi (pictured above) heads-up a head-turning bill at The Art School as part of a European tour, with support from 'Australia’s Annie Mac' AKA Triple J host Nina Las Vegas and LuckyMe newcomer Joseph Marinetti. Highlife are in charge downstairs in the Vic Bar, with sets from Invisible City and Auntie Flo.
