The second installment of Sub Club’s new resident night Modal! welcomes esteemed special guests in the form of broken beats producers/musicians/DJs collective Bugz in the Attic, for their first appearance in Glasgow in over a decade. Support comes from Glasgow’s Rebecca Vasmant with her unique mix of jazz, funk, Latin and electronic sounds.

For the second Pressure of 2015, the Slam DJs are joined at The Arches by Hotflush Records founder Scuba (pictured above) – who will make his Pressure debut – alongside a live set from powerful and emotive techno maestro and Quartz Records founder Paul Ritch, plus Luke Slater from Planetary Assault Systems, Perc Trax founder Perc and the Animal Farm DJs.
Ivan Smagghe + Billy Woods – The Berkeley Suite, Feb 28
A Parisian DJ with a long-running association with Glasgow – from various appearances at Optimo over the last 10 years up to a set at the Berkeley Suite exactly 12 months prior to this one – Ivan Smagghe returns to his second home for a floor-filling anything-goes night, in what he likes to call the ‘style of no style’. Support comes from Supermax’s Billy Woods.
