Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond

The second Michelin-starred venture from the celebrated chef (the other one is in Leith), this elegant restaurant on the loch boasts mountain views to match the food. The tasting menus and options from the a la carte do brisk business when night falls but there's some very good value at lunch, with the shortened set menus a steal. The wine list is extensive and accessible.
