Demijohn

Originally founded in Edinburgh as 'the world's first liquid deli', Demijohn is worth a visit even if you aren't buying - the array of oddly-shaped vessels on the shelves give the vibe of a Roald Dahl-esque chemistry set. If you are buying though, you're welcome to pick a bottle (or more than one) and fill it with whichever of the liqueurs, whiskies, wines, spirits, olive oils and vinegars in stock take your fancy. It's all ethically sourced, much of it from the UK, and there's an emphasis on sustainability and environmental friendliness to boot.
