Time Out says

Don't be fooled by the name - this winter-time party by Glasgow music collective Traffic Cone Records may be named for Rabbie Burns, but it's clearly timed to celebrate St Andrew's Day. Live entertainment on the night with come in the form of music, stand-up and poetry from the likes of Loki & Becci Wallace, Gordy Duncan JR, Kevin Gilday, Cee Smith, Luther Hall, Baz Thomson and Matt McCallister, while attendees will also receive a free helping of haggis, neeps and tatties, plus a complimentry whisky.
