Tel Aviv is no stranger to fashion. With many Israeli designers hitting the world stage, Tel Aviv is becoming more and more of a respected name in the industry. But designer brands are expensive and target almost exclusively female audiences. Nevertheless, men need a way to fashionably express themselves as well, preferably without overstressing the already challenging Tel Aviv living expenses. One of the best alternatives is vintage and secondhand shopping. Eclectic fashion is in, and Tel Aviv is one of the top cities to offer its buyers a wide range of unique and diverse fashion; and not just for women.  So ditch H&M and head to these funky and unique secondhand gems to add a little sensation to your style: without breaking your budget.

The name says it all. At Buy Kilo you get to literally buy clothes by the kilo. Tony Vespa does it for pizza, so why not fashion?  Founder by Meytal Dror and Gali Lerner, Buy Kilo is Tel Aviv's best secondhand store in terms of value for money. With a huge selection of vintage jackets, retro pullovers and at-the-house loungewear, Buy Kilo promise to offer clothes for any occasion. Its located in an abandoned pharmacy that was remodeled by architect Yehuda Gedaliah and really gives off the vibe of going back to an era when clothes, and everything else, were considerably more affordable. That still rings true at Buy Kilo where prices range from 10-40 NIS per 100 grams of cloth, depending on the material. A rotating inventory is graciously extended by the Buy Kilo staff, who always seem to have a cocktail robe lying around somewhere.

Big things come in small packages. This could easily be the motto of Outside Society, which boasts its unique collection of local and foreign designer wear in a small but elegant storefront in south-central Tel Aviv. Founded by Ariel Max Levy at the ripe age of 25, Outside Society has become a multifaceted location for more than just buying clothes. Dripping with the vibrant color of ice cream pink, littered with sheik plants and known for playing hard-hitting techno throughout the day, the vibe that Outside Society delivers is something between shopping and screwing; and who's to say which is better? The exclusive collection on display isn't cheap, but for the quality of the handpicked selection that Levy offers it's well worth a visit.

Men's accessories and shoes are never in short supply, and they always seem to have great music blasting through the speakers. There's never a crowd and a friendly staff is always up to help you find what you're looking for. For men looking for a comfortable vintage fit, Seekers should be the first stop.
