Asfalt Art Gallery was opened in order to provide space for the input and new ideas, new approaches that an artist, left free, would contribute. The humble abode of brains who calmly produce in the city, Kadıköy now has a new gallery thanks to entrepreneurs who ‘see the intellectual potential in the region and believe that it should be put to use’.
