The second venue by The Empire Project, Poligon – The Shooting Gallery has been hosting works by Iraq-born British artist Athier Mousawi. The artist uses the gallery as an atelier, which means the large-scale coloured canvases he creates are displayed in their natural habitat. While you’re there, you just might encounter Mousawi producing new pieces.
