In 2014, Gaia Gallery opened its first location on İstiklal Caddesi before moving to a new, four-story building in Dolapdere in 2016. Gaia aims to discover young artists from around the world with the aim of introducing them to followers of art in Turkey. As its mission, the gallery sets its sight on producing a strong art platform capable of putting forward contemporary topics with various mediums, disciplines and headings. Gaia Gallery also hosts a range of events such as panels and workshops.
