GaleriBu

Opened last February, the gallery is spread out over three floors of a historic building to serve as a space for solo exhibitions. GaleriBu’s owner is young artist and art entrepreneur Umut Yalım, who’s a graduate of the Plastic Arts Department at the University of the Arts London, Chelsea College of Art & Design. GaleriBu has the idealistic, brave and commendable mission to be a space that isn’t shaped by the owner or the artist but, instead, one that shows off art as it should be. GaleriBu will also serve as a platform for events like poetry readings, music concerts and theatre plays.
