Üvercinka

Taking its name from a book of poetry by the famous author and poet Cemal Süreya, Üvercinka presents a selection of works from the Borusan Contemporary Art Collection. Curated by Necmi Sönmez, the exhibition seeks to foreground poetic and visual perception, featuring works from a variety of media including neon, video, and photography. Üvercinka explores how poetry and contemporary art position themselves within different contexts and proposes new ways of interpreting art by taking poetry as a departure point.
