Emirgan Korusu

One of the largest and most beautiful parks in Istanbul, Emirgan Korusu sits near the Bosphorus shore and is absolutely splendid during spring, when thousands of tulips are planted in accordance with the tradition of the annual Tulip Festival. Emirgan Korusu is a lovely, tranquil place to have a picnic and escape the chaos of the city. The adjacent stretch of the Bosphorus makes for a serene walk in practically any weather.
