Princes' Palace

This is as luxurious as it gets in the islands of Istanbul. Funded by major local and international hospitality moguls, this project has dramatically transformed the historic Seferoğlu Grove through a long and much-debated process. The once fire-ravaged mansion at the heart of the estate has been restored to its former glory. Despite its status as a protected national heritage site, several new structures have been added to the estate, including over a dozen Ottoman and Victorian-era-inspired villas and a sleek, multi-story hotel block. The entire styling of the estate is the work of renowned local designer Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu, who is celebrated for her ability to blend Ottoman-era fantasies with contemporary flair.
