Duran Duran

Even though this concert conflicts with the Antony & The Johnsons show, Duran Duran, the 80s legend who reunited in the early 2000s, might be a good option tonight. You might remember that a Duran Duran concert was supposed to take place in Istanbul last summer, but rumour has it that the concert was cancelled due to Simon Le Bon's illness. Let's also add that Duran Duran is set to perform in London on July 27 for the opening ceremony of the Olympics, alongside Snow Patrol, Stereophonics and Paolo Nutini. For those who'd hate to sigh in regret when watching the opening ceremony, they're coming right to our door prior to the event. From the original line-up you'll find Simon Le Bon (vocals), John Taylor (keyboard) and Roger Taylor (drums). In Andy Taylor's place since 2006 is guitarist Dom Brown.
