Onur Ataman Ensemble

Jazz-rock guitarist Onur Ataman graduated from the Istanbul State Conservatory and went on to become the first Turkish musician accepted to study jazz guitar at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague in 2001. He then completed a two-year doctorate at Holland’s Leiden University and Belgium’s Orpheus Institute. Throughout his jazz career, he’s recorded albums and performed with a lot of famous jazz musicians in both Europe and Turkey under the name Onur Ataman Ensemble. He continues his jazz career in Turkey and the Netherlands.
