Since Wake Up Call opened its doors in September 2012, the venue has become amongst the city's top nightlife venues. The founders Evrim Tüfekçioğlu (one half DJ duo DeadHead) and Duygu Dönmez (SaveAs Music) have contributed to the imminent success of the venue through their vast previous presence and experience in İstanbul's nightlife scene. Operating in the same spot which used to be Godet, Wake Up Call has hosted the likes of Matias Aguayo, Jennifer Cardini, Avatism along with many other major international names on the list. It's not often we come by a night club spearing some thought for social responsibility in our city. So, Wake Up Call has created a unique scheme in which they choose a topic monthly, and then they integrate the chosen social responsibility theme into the design of their weekly event posters as well as their interactive website. Local and international Djs perfoming hosted also show their support for the monthly causes. Wake Up Call makes a donation to a related society of choice monthy, as an extention of their socially responsible approach. We strongly advise you to take a look at the club's event program before you head out at night. They are open through 23.00 - 05.00 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
