Antik Turquoise Restaurant offers more than 100 options from Turkish and French Cuisine.
Chef Ersin Savcı recommends Ottoman pan-roasted meat and special Turquise Köfte. You must also try the pepper steak, curry chicken (after marinated in wine, it’s cooked flambé style in the pan), harem (lamb chops cooked in paper) and testi kebap. They have special desserts, too. They recommend creps with fruits and bombilen (made from chestnuts). You can also have fig dessert, apple pie,Ottoman dessert (made from semolina), honey-banana creps and tiramisu.
You can enjoy live Turkish music and fasıl during winter. They arrange fasıl programs during summer upon request. There is a bar upstairs, livens up after 8pm. The venue holds 100 people during winter and 120 during summer (with the terrace 150) and hosts group events, engagement parties and weddings. Villa Pasha Hotel (with 12 rooms) shares the same building with the restaurant for those of you who want to stay afterwards.
