Aqua Restaurant

The Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus's Aqua Restaurant boasts a blue décor that does its name justice. The eatery is effortlessly stylish with marble floors, wooden tables and Murano glass lighting. The garden extends all the way to the Bosphorus and is furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs, giving it an overall light atmosphere. The menu is comprised of top-notch Italian fare; some of our favourite starters are the fresh courgette blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and tulum cheese, beef bresaola, tuna tartare and soups. Be sure to try the risottos and homemade pasta, particularly the oven-cooked maltagliata prepared with seafood.
