Auf is one of two venues that opened in Nupera in 2011.The best ingredients in the city are gathered in the kitchen – this includes succulent meats, the freshest seasonal veggies and fish. The meats are smoked on location, while the breads come fresh out of the oven. The chefs who transform all of these ingredients into delectable daily meals are Esra Muslu and Zeynep Moroğlu (the duo also serves as chefs at Backyard). The shareable plates for two, soups prepared with seasonal ingredients and rustic meals served for lunch are our favourites.
