Time Out says

Located on the ground floor of Dedeman Park Levent, Butcha asserts itself as “not the type of steakhouse where the chef comes over to feed you with his bare hands” – and that’s a good thing. The owners have adopted a more refined approach to owning and managing their steakhouse, as is evident from the European flair in its décor and the anything-but-cavalier approach of its employees.

When we heard that Butcha claims to make the best köfte in town, we asked ourselves just how good it could really be. And we’re here to tell you: you haven’t had köfte until you’ve tried Butcha’s. All of the meat comes from a giant plant in Ankara that only produces for Butcha, which helps explain the variety of cuts found here. To sample a few of them, try the smoked meat platter, and we must also urge you not to leave without tasting the tenderloin and entrecote. If you visit with a group where everyone just so happens to love lamb, the lamb kafes is your best option. To balance out the overwhelming amount of meat, opt for garnishes like the sautéed mushrooms and seasonal veggies. Whether you’re in the mood for a steak dinner without the nasty surprises or are searching for a business dinner spot, give Butcha a try – you won’t be disappointed.
