Time Out says

With a name meaning ‘hundred percent’ in Italian, there is no doubt of Cento Per Cento’s authenticity. From the chef to the kitchen, even to the menu—or rather, the Turkish explanations listed underneath the Italian names—you’ll find yourself having a very Italian experience. The restaurant is situated on the ever-trendy Abdi İpekçi Caddesi and when the weather is warm, tables are often placed on the sidewalk. Though it may be fun to eye passersby, we’d definitely recommend sitting indoors and enjoying the decorations bearing Sami Savalı’s signature and certain to make you feel as though you’ve been transported to one of Manhattan’s Italian restaurants. There’s a long bar at the entrance which is ideal for an aperatif after work. When you’ve ordered and are waiting for you food, don’t be surprised if you come across the restaurant’s owner Erol Kaynar working hard in the kitchen.

Cento per Cento’s menu was created by London Italian restaurant Latium’s co-owner and chef, Maurizio Morelli. Though the most popular items may be the fresh pastas and pizzas, the carpaccio, fried dishes, bruschetta, risotto, grills, and salads are also worth trying. Of the appetizers we definitely recommend the marinated salmon. The tiramisu is an exceptional way to top off your meal. Perhaps the best thing about all this is that it won’t require you to empty your wallet, the prices are all below the average for Nişantaşı.
