Çintemani Restoran

Çintemani is Ritz Carlton Istanbul’s main restaurant serving dishes from Turkish and Mediterranean Cuisine. The name ‘Çintemani’ comes from Ottoman motives. Chef Ali Ronay renews the a la carte dinner menu every three months in order to adjust it to the seasonal vegetables. Stone-oven Turkish breads, olive oil dishes presented in special spice mix and the cheese cart with local and foreign cheese options are among Çintemani’s specials. On special days, the restaurant arranges bruchs and dinners with live music.
