Located right in the entrance floor of Istanbul Culinary Institute, Enstitü is application restaurant where the last year students show their talents. In Enstitü, you can try the Turkish and Mediterranean dishes prepared with fruits and vegetables raised in their gardens in Saros. Breakfast is also ravishing in Enstitü with daily made corn bread, home made scones and many more. Lunch and dinner menus are daily and monthly renewed with the thought of “right food in right season”. The venue is also ideal for group events with its capacity of 74 people.
