Feriye Lokantası, settled in a historical venue in Ortaköy, is the ideal place for romantic dinners. With it's magnificent view of the bosphorus, the venue is also a great choice for lunch, dinner, brunch and special events. Managed by chef Vedat Başaran, the traditional Turkish and Ottoman menu is the synthesis of past (from 14th century to 19th century) and present. All the dishes are prepared by organic materials therefore the menu is updated seasonally. Wide ranfe of different dishes include bacon wrapped in grape leaf, friend mantı filled with fish and pine nuts, grilled turbot with saffron, lamb pastrami (kuş gömü) and pumpkin bites served with butter milk.There are also regional tastes in Feriye like Aegeon herbs and walnut pastw and locust molasses from Southeast Anatolia.
