Operating with the ‘art of eating and drinking’ concept, the restaurant aims to incorporate many different subcategories of food. The concept aims to introduce to the city, a new way of looking at food and food culture through the use ofstores and corner shops offering everything from pizza to wine, cakes to pasta, pickles to delicatessen, kid’s menus to gastronomy guides and kitchen essentials. Food & Co.’s most important mission is to bring gastronomy culture and the consumer together. In this sense, along with diet/veggie dishes, cold/warm salads and sandwiche, pizza varieties, pasta and grills, classical and Turkish cuisine, it also includes dishes prepared with the recipes of world famous chefs. There are four such chef prepared dishes: lamb shanks baked with various types of chilli, seabass and caramelised beans, Mexican chicken tinga, and Lasagne Bolognese prepared according to an old recipe and served in a casserole after being cooked on low heat.
