Time Out says
It’s not very common to find a place that makes delicious homemade pasta but we found one, Gepetto. Hidden in a secluded area of Karaköy, a few minutes from the lively end of the neighborhood, you can easily spot this cozy pasta joint thanks to the blasting music and the enticing smell of fresh dough.
As you sit at one of Gepetto’s marble and wooden tables, you’ll spot a Pinocchio doll peeking at you from the second floor. Simply choose your hand made fettuccine, spaghetti or penne and mix them with a variety of traditional Italian sauces: plain tomato sauce, Bolognese, pesto, meatballs, smoked salmon and others (13-15 TL). Gepetto is not only about pasta though, as the eatery also cares deeply about breakfast. Go for the magnificent Turkish breakfast (32 TL for two), the croissants served with jam or Nutella (8 TL) and its selection of bagels and eggs.
