The most obvious element of Go Mondo Suadiye’s design is the ‘tent’ like architecture. The kitchen is populated by Chinese, Turkish and Kazakh chefs. The menu, which features Sotuh Asian cuisine, is filled with Thai, Japanese, Singaporean, Vietnamese and Indian dishes: Vietnamese pancakes, Indonesian-style beef or chicken satay, grilled chicken breast marinated in oriental sauces; Asian chicken salad, served with mixed greens and steamed rice, curry chicken mongo, vegetarian noodles, Shanghai noodles with fish, and an exceptional Mongolian Barbecue. All you do is fill your bowl with a selection of raw meats and vegetables, then add your herbs and sauces, and drop them off at the chef who will then cook them for you. As for the ‘Mongolian Hot Pot’, it doesn’t end with picking the ingredients, you also cook your meal. And Go Mongo’s environment and service are just as good as their food.
