Time Out says

Of all the neo-bistro and fine-dining eateries in Karaköy, Goya might be the most fun-loving. This is the first restaurant investment by Entertain-it, which serves as a music consultant for hotels, restaurants and venues. As you might expect, music reigns supreme here, particularly on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, when DJ Murat Tokuz hosts parties.

Although newly opened, Goya has already joined the wave of upscale eateries opening up in a neighborhood that earned its reputation with cozy cafes and hole-in-the-wall eateries. Just like Mitte Karaköy, Goya fits the new image of Karaköy as a place where crowds dance in the street.

If you want to compete in an increasingly trendy neighborhood, you have to pay attention to the food as well. Here, Goya turns to celebrity chef Maksut Aşkar, whose simple presentations keep the focus on ingredients and flavors. The mini burgers may look plain, but the meats and sauces do not kid around. If you’re looking for a healthier dish, we recommend the seafood appetizer, which comes with plenty of variety. The duck confit  is the star of the main courses, while the lemon profiteroles make for a beautiful dessert. As a restaurant that places the utmost importance on dance and music, it goes without saying that Goya also serves killer cocktails
