Time Out says

In all honesty, it isn’t easy for new restaurants in Arnavutköy to stay open for long: due to the neighborhood’s not-so-central location, they either have to make do with regulars or offer fare ambitious enough to draw in the crowds from other parts of the city. The newest eatery to rise to the challenge is Hudson and it seems to have more than met expectations. The lower level of this two-story restaurant includes a bar and a dining section that’s perfect for lunch or after-work drinks, while the top floor area is a better option for formal dinners. The menu also reflects this high-low combination, featuring pastas, burgers and salads alongside dishes that would do fine-dining restaurants proud. The man in charge of the kitchen is Kaan Karagöz, who cut his teeth at Michelin-starred restaurants in Stockholm and Copenhagen prior to arriving at the helm of Hudson.
