The special in Kaburga Sofrası is stuffed ribs. But içli köfte (meat stuffed ‘bulgur’ patties), stuffed mumbar (lamb’s intestines) salad with pomegranate juice and special Mardin stew are as much delicious as the stuffed ribs.
