Located in Kanlıca, Körfez has been continuing its glory and fame for 26 years. Owner Ömer Salur is very meticulous when it comes to food; in fact he never leaves the kitchen and is involved in every dish. The view is breathtaking. When you add the elegant décor and sea-themed details to the delicious food everything becomes even more enjoyable.  Among the delicacies we highly recommend are the teriyaki salmon, stuffed sea bass, salted fish, and fish puree cooked in a clay pot. For those who live on the European side of the city a boat service is available that takes off every hour and half hour from Rumelihisar. It is very common to be seated across a celebrity. At the end of your meal the bill can seem quite pricey but when you think about the taste, service, and atmosphere it’s worth it.
