Korkmaz Büfe

A shall shop framed in a turquoise hue, Korkmaz Büfe blends right in to busy Moda, but stands out by serving some of the best döner in the city. On busy days, the usta fires up the spit at around noon and sells out of his döner by 4PM. These guys have been at it for decades and owe their simple secret to being masters of their domain. They purchase their meat from the same butcher and cut it and marinate it daily. A wonderful lunch spot, if you can find a seat.
