The trendsetting venue Otto, known for its motto “Good food, good music,” originally opened in 2005 on Şehbender Sokak in Beyoğlu as a small restaurant-bar. It quickly became a popular destination for eating and entertainment. Now, there are Ottos in Cihangir and on Sofyalı Sokak in Asmalımescit, with more locations to come. But the original location, though still under the ownership of Nevzat Sayın, has changed its name to “Küçük.” After being closed for a while, the kitchen has reopened to serve pizzas, hamburgers, grilled meats and other menu selections. House, deep house and techno DJs perform at the venue five nights a week, from Tuesday through Saturday.
