La Cucina, Göktürk

Compared to Istanbul’s well established neighbourhoods, Göktürk is quite the youngster. La Cucina, on the other hand, is one of those rare restaurants that seeped into the neighbourhood fabric, a favourite of Kemerburgaz residents interested in Italian cuisine. This small, typical Italian restaurant is where neighbours meet after work and entire tables raise glasses in toast to one another on the weekends. La Cucina has a brief but satisfactory menu of starters like Carpaccio and main courses like risotto, pasta and pizzas.
