Located on the top floor of the same building as Kuruçeşme’s Macro Center, Mavi Balık, with its stylish décor and vantage point overlooking the sea, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your meal. Mavi Balık’s menu, which features countless varieties of seafood served both plain and preparedwith the chef’s own special techniques, includes seabass in paper, fish stuffed silverbeet leaves, marinated mackerel, octopus salad, marinated seabass, fish in saltand shrimp cocktails. Chef Cemal Karataş’s recommendations among the desserts are the baked rice pudding, ‘ekmek kadayıfı’ (bread pudding dessert)and soufflé. When the bar and the terrace (which is only used during the summer) are included, the restaurant’s capacity is up to 400 people.
