Time Out says

The venue features Crete-style fish stews, Crete-style braised fish, sea bass puree, and fish kebab. At the entrance of the restaurant there is an exhibition section where you can choose which fish you want to eat and see an example of the mezes offered. We recommend trying all of the Aegean herbs that are brought to your table. All of the herbs come from Ayvalik. Then enjoy the hot starters like the grilled calamari, grilled octopus, and fish kokoreç and then at last your choice of fish.
